We recognize that Parenting is a full time job full of many joys and at times frustrations. It is our desire to partner with parents in such a way that the entire family would be encouraged. What To Expect From Renovate Kids
- A silly, safe, and meaningful atmosphere where kids can experience God’s love and learn more about Him.
- Caring and trained Renovate Kids staff that love working with kids. All of our Kids staff have completed application forms as well as submitted to a background check.
- We are peanut-free in the Under Construction Nursery and the Construction Zone (gym). We also do our best to be peanut-free at the refreshment table in the worship space, though we ask parents to be ultimately responsible for kids’ refreshments after the service.
How Parents Can Help
- Parents should check their child in each Sunday morning and receive an orange bracelet with ID number for each child.
- Please have your child’s bracelet ready when picking them up. Children in the Construction Zone and Under Construction Nursery will only be dismissed when their parent comes to check them out using the orange bracelet with matching ID number.
- During worship, parents will be paged if needed for their child. Please watch the overhead screen for your child’s number to flash in an upper corner.
- Parents will be paged if a child has been inconsolable for 5 minutes.
- Children should use the bathroom before church, if necessary. Children needing to use the restroom will be taken by a volunteer if available, or the parent will be paged.
- Children will receive 3 warnings for disruptive behavior before their parent is paged.
